The History of Onesta Labs
Onesta Labs was founded in February 2002 to become a Microsoft Business Solution Partner developing vertical industry modifications of Microsoft's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
In October 2004, Onesta Labs began developing two new Business Process Innovations (BPI) for the human-service benefits industry using Microsoft CRM:
- Technology to support a nationwide Web-based network of human services organizations, government agencies, and businesses through which low- and moderate-income citizens could apply for human service benefits.
- Technology adoption services to accelerate, simplify, and support the new software service's deployment into agencies, organizations, and businesses.
In 2006, Onesta Labs, now acting as the development arm of Nets to Ladders, Inc., developed the Benefits Enrollment Network (BEN) — a Web-based software platform for benefits enrollment and asset building. Today, Onesta Labs is continuing to design and develop software to expand and enhance the functionality of BEN's evolving services.
