You simply answer the pre-screening general questions, guided by on-screen instructions. Once an applicant's eligibility is determined for various benefits programs, the application can then be completed and, depending upon the state and program, e-submitted over the Internet.

BEN's Application Manager with e-Signature Capture
BEN provides for end-to-end application management, which includes support for electronic signatures — a technological FIRST in the human services benefits arena and an essential component of electronic forms processing. After the electronic form is completed, the client's signature is captured using a signature pad. The electronic applications, along with any other necessary documents, are then delivered electronically, to the appropriate agency, using BEN's Agency Bridge case management capability.
